One of the Microsoft 365 tenant administrators' most crucial responsibilities is checking the health condition of the various operational services on a daily basis. A technology called a "health dashboard" offers a dashboard to track all services that are now active and check for health incidents.
Administrators may use dashboard data to monitor how frequently the Office apps are updated. One of the first things an administrator has to do when customers start complaining about a certain service not working, such as an Outlook connection, is to see if Microsoft has updated the health dashboard with the event.
The processes for checking the health dashboard in the admin centre and the various terms used for dashboard issues are covered in this article.
Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com
Step 2: Click on health

We are aware of a problem affecting certain users when a service has an alert shown, yet the service is still functioning.
When a service has an active incident shown, it means there is a critical problem and that the service, or at least a significant portion, is unavailable.
When a service shows a positive occurrence, it signifies that all other services function well.
Microsoft 365 Health Dashboard's limitations
1. Service health may only be seen by individuals given the global admin or global reader role.
2. Many customers experience a gap between the outage occurring and Microsoft's ability to accurately diagnose the problem and formulate a suitable response to the SHD.
3. Office 365's automatic monitoring systems cannot find all issues, and some issues require many customers to report.
